Our Key Team Members

Manzur Isa, M Com, FCPA, FCA, CMA

Manzur is the founder Principal of Total Business & Accounting Services, CPA Practice based in Melbourne, Australia. He is a Fellow CPA and Fellow Chartered Accountant with Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce in accounting. He is also a registered tax agent with Tax Practitioners Board, Australia.

He has over 38 years’ experience in professional services in small to medium and large enterprises. The sectors he was involved in were manufacturing, wholesale & retail distribution, import & export, research and development, joint ventures with international operations, Not for Profit, etc.

Manzur’s core expertise are: Strategic direction and initiatives for the sustainable business growth, Cost control, accountability and transparency, financial systems implementation and optimization, financial feasibility, budgeting and forecasting, State and Federal Government support for Export market development & R&D, Individual, Partnership, Trust and Corporate taxation, Tax planning and compliances, etc.

Allan Banh, MBA, CPA

Allan has joined the practice with a wealth of industry experience where he held senior leadership positions and was a mentor to junior accountants and administrative staff. Holding a Masters of Business Administration, Accounting degree and being a qualified Certified Practising Accountant Allan’s strength lies in strategy, identifying clients’ objectives and key areas of required services and establishing relationships to make it all happen. Allan has fine technical and commercial acumen and communication skills driving effective interaction with his clients. He has a unique ability to draw out client’s opportunities and potential risks which is critical to the success of our clients.

Masud Isa, , MBA, PHD


Masud Isa is our Microcredit advisor and consultant. He is an MBA & Phd in Microcredit Financing. Worked closely with Microcredit founder and Nobel Laureate Dr. Muhammad Yunus of Grameen Bank for more than 19 years. His other career records include Senior Private Sector Development Specialist with the Foundation for Development Cooperation, Brisbane, Director, Project development with Business for Millennium Development, Melbourne, Australia.


He worked with Grameen Bank in a various capacity including Head of planning, monitoring and evaluation, Managing director of Grameen Kallan (a venture capital financing company), Managing Director of Grameen Telecom (pioneer of village phone operation in Bangladesh), Managing Director of Grameen Knitwear Ltd. Masud was on the board of directors in several companies of Grameen group in the areas of telecommunication, textiles, agriculture, fisheries, education, health care, asset management & ISP.

Masud also worked as micro-credit consultant for AusAID and UNHCR and participated as Resource Speaker in training programs, workshops and seminars at home and abroad.

Masud’s core expertise are: Management and designing of microfinance operations, MIS, planning and budgeting in microfinance organizations, Designing programs and strategies to address the needs of the socially poor and disadvantaged communities in the context to poverty reduction efforts, ICT for poverty alleviation strategies.

Currently, he is a board member of Grameen Australia and engaged in consultancy, research, teaching entrepreneurship, innovation and start-ups, social business and development finance.
